Some of the worst installs I've seen were done by DNSC techs. When our job Que gets too high DNSC sends in their boys to help out. I had a trouble call on one their installs and the guy put the dish right above the electric meter and just threw the cable over the roof without grounding the dish. I guess that's what you get for 11 bucks an hour.
