Does he not get that he isn't a part of the legislative branch of government? What ticks me off more is that our nation's Congress is basically allowing the Executive branch to make laws in this nation without challenging him. The Congress should be drafting a law to void some of his executive orders and the Judicial branch should be supporting Congress in preventing the President from making the laws of this nation. Our Constitution was written to prevent Presidents from having the type of power that this President has deluded himself into believing he has.
