The case is Cohen v. Directv (2006)
I don't believe the court has decided the case yet. That is why I am saying that it is still an allegation at this time. The court may very well find in favor of Directv. Nevertheless, a person feels that the quality of their HD is so diminished that he is willing to take it to court and is also wanting it to be tried as a class action lawsuit.
