I don't know anything about CNA or even what it is, but having spent the last twelve years doing OSP construction and maintenance for Southwestern Bell turned SBC turned AT&T, I can tell you that AT&T is the evil empire. They do more than any other company out there to keep there contractors poor and dumb. I am still trying to get paid on two jobs I completed for them a little less than a year ago. They put me out of business with their slow/no pay and lowest price in the industry crap.
