problem is Pro one can't go that route they will have to use the wireless backup for their primary dial out. Comcast is the only system other than american digital (alarm relay) that can dial out through cable phone services.If the alarm system is pre-existing, the customer can contact american digital and get the adapter to plug into the system and the problem is solved. otherwise Pro one will charge the customer an arm and leg to revamp the system.
