Chops sorry to hear about your dish dilemma, sounds like you had a "HACK" come out & do it, whats the chances of that,lol. 85%, Sounds like he didn't fine tune the dish to its optimum levels 125, did you do a signal check on all transponders? not all will come in at 125 but should be close, I would fix it myself, but if you don't know satellite, call them back out...good luck man.
