While you're doling out the blame, why don't you take a whizz on Dish for allowing such shoddy installations to take place?
By the way, cable dog, there are no plant issues with satellite. If the picture is crappy, its something at your homesite. You're a cable guy, go fix it. Nothing worse than an installer whining about problems at a jobsite instead of just fixing it.
