It looks like the reason is because they are more likely to consume more alcohol more often. Funny thing is, they have a higher tolerance to alcohol than Whites and Blacks. They can hold liquor better. They actually have to drink more than a White or a Black to achieve the same level of intoxication. That's a lot of beer to blow a .08!
