Re: Lets get rid of palnt maintainence and wing it

Speaking of bean counters; not all that long ago I worked for one of the big MSO's and had a Regional Manager tell me that I should be doing installs instead of maintenance because I was the most knowledgable and I would make sure that the install would be done correctly and the customer would be satisfied. I asked him who was going to do maintanance and he had no answer. So I left it at that; had to bite my tongue a little to keep from getting in trouble.
