Ummmm, doesn't it have to be a right to work state?
And secondly, It would be up to premier to file the lawsuit as they are the ones who hold the contract with comcast.
The workers may file against premier. But then again, has premier offered work in other locations? And if so, No lawsuit.
What are they going to sew them for? Being well within their rights?
