Actually what they should do is to announce to all the insurgents and other radical towelheads running around Iraq blowing stuff up in the name of Allah, that they have until the end of January to stop fighting, settle their differences and turn in all their weapons or Saddam will be reinstated as president and give him full command of all troops in country to use as he sees fit so he can put Iraq back the way it was before he was ousted. You have to admit, while Saddam was one cruel S.O.B., before we waltzed in there and took him out of power he had everyone in Iraq too scared to so much as fart, let alone dare to try and blow up a convoy of military vehicles.
Ya know, I kinda hate to see the old b@st@rd go, he might have been a bad dog but at least he kept the other mutts scared and hiding under the porch. Sure he barked at the US a lot and showed his teeth a few times, but it was all show with no bite where we were concerned. We have seen more trouble out of those formerly scared mutts and mongrels in Iraq than we ever did out of Saddam. More US lives have been lost since Saddam's government was toppled than while he was in power (including US losses during Desert Storm).
