3K a week for a PM ? for 3K a week you should have been paying a PM, A supervisor, and a QC guy, and had a few duckets left over. Letting the lunatics run the asylum is your own fault. Installers, techs, and linemen arent business men for the most part . If they were they wouldnt be hooking poles or running drops.
