I don't know Ms. Wood or the other parties for that matter either. I do respect her for not running or hiding. It at least sounds like you all know where to find her and that she is willing to talk about what happened. Maybe you can work something out.
You cant let your crews tell you how it is going to be. You can be nice and Motherly, but you have to be Motherly like the type of Mother you are afraid to mess with or you will be in big trouble. By the same token, you also want to be the type of Mother that everyone wants to please and impress because they respect and love you.
Women are nurturers, and we like to see those around us have the ability to shine so everyone can see what we see in our people. There is a very very very thin line to walk for us gals. There is no net under that line and if you cross it or fall you are dead.
