without knowing any of the people involved, as an owner who has always paid on time, whether paid on time or not, i COMPLETELY understand how subs and indvidual subs think THEY run the jobs, i always ask myself these questions and then ask them to answer these questions for me, IF THEY ARE SO GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, why are they working for me, why dont they front themselves, why cant they float the money and the expenses they expect everyone else to take care of for them?????????
