First of all I will say that I don't condone the employees reaction to this. It is fairly obvious to see what they are seeking from there lawsuit.
But I also would not condone the use of the noose in any of my places of business and, sorry to say the laws are not going to condone it either.
LAbor laws clearly state that the work place must be free from prejudice and harassment and basically any other thing that might make some one uncomfortable while in its confines.
If it is a place of business warehouse or office, it is not Private and is susceptible to these laws.
Mark, Your probably right and I am not going to read the paper work to prove you wrong. But just because something isn't written in terms that you understand doesn't mean its OK to do so.
This crap will go on for ever because it gets Exploited by the media and made to look like someone elses fault by the lawyers.
Their are 2 occupations that couold use a lynching.
