to all who are owed, i know this wont make your christmas as good as brenda and her family are enjoying but the attorney is still working on it. i got word from him late last week. he has been busy on another case and will be back on this one on the 26th or 27th. he is still gathering all the facts and looking at all of the options. i feel pretty good about it, but unfortunately do not have a timeframe. i know doing things legally takes more time but hopefully it works out for all of us early next year. i am just thankfull that they did not pull this a few years ago or there would be an empty house in tn this christmas. merry christmas to all and hopefully we will be double checking figures with everyone soon.
