Yes splicer that is correct!!, I trully believe that it was an attempt to keep people from getting into the goodies ( that noose was over a door way...wire, connectors (fittings), DVR's converters and the like, I don't view it as a racial slur, in the least, That manager was simply trying to keep people out of that room at all times thats all, and also unfortunatly that was probably the managers mantality, (country boy) gone wrong & pushed to look racist. aren't there white people working there too? (not being politicaly correct), thats all, ya can't put a country boy in a big city environment thats not politicaly correct, however, I have worked for Premier comm, and I find it a bit humorous,lol.
