Anbody hear of Progressive or Ned Whiteoff

Anybody hear of or know this guy? Was talking to him the other day, trying to pull me over from installs to sales claims he's got offices all over the country, and thats he's one of the bigger sales teams for Comcast The rates he was giving me seemed a little to good. Figured I'd check him out.
