I never said I would tdr a location for a few dbmv's . Proper span length should be included in design otherwise why pay the designers to begin with , I f you cant pay attention to detail ,why bother ! If the print shows the underground span is 110 ft and its actually 230 and the most accrate way to find it out is by tdr ing it to find the flaw in design, I condider the tdr a valuable asset in recording accurate data . As I said before you missed my point.
