I agree completely.
But from my experience as the female boss - "Aw, I won't get hurt" are famous last words (well, hopefully, not LAST), but you know what I mean....
They think I'm acting like their mother, and maybe I am, but I know that their families are depending on their paychecks and livelihood (besides bringing home a paycheck, some of my guys are single dads or care for their kids at night when the wife goes to work)
