You have a problem with the SNR, should be 30 db minimum and really above 33. I am not sure by what you mean on the up? The SNR reading is on the downstream for the digital boxes. The forward data carrier will usually show between 26 and 29 db on the SNR but not the QAMs or you will have trouble.
