I am lookin for an Internet tech for charter that can help decipher an ip address for me. I know it is charter and i know it is "somewhere" in the st louis area. I WANT TO KNOW SINCE THE AREA IS SO LARGE INCLUDING ILLINOIS can you tell me where the ip address is issued? cahokia? collinsvilee? fairview? troy? (Il) or st louis city or st ann mo. ect.
it is as follows and i dont mind posting .. it is not mine it is a thief and not too far from where it was stolen (computer .. the dumb a$$ is using yahoo daily with her/his known user name) ... 24.207.184.46
all the searches tell me charter /st louis .. like i said does collinsville /dupo/cahokia/, il. ect show up as st louis in the ip addy block?
