If we are going to have a "global economy" which depends on thrid world countries to manufacture most of our goods, then we will also have to have a military which will be involved in "peacekeeping missions" moreover throughout the world.
I say we need to either have a global economy, which will lead us into many more wars to come, or we can be self sufficient and build up our own country. Wehave 12-25 millions of "undocumented workers" who depend on jobs to feed thir families, both here and abroad. We should scrap the WTO, GATT, NAfta, etc... in order to provide these quality undocumented workers with more opportunies. Let's build our manufacturing economy back upn because let's face it folks, our gross national debt is uncontrollable and we will be facing a real crisis very soon.
