I agree with you Pkees. Ive been screwed by companies with $, and I have been fortuanate to find a company that pays on time and correct (so far lol), and I dont want to make the mistake i made in the 90's which was to leave a stable situation in hopes for even more $. Now a days it seems like the more $ these companies are talking about paying you, even in contract, you end up getting less or even nothing. I miss the 90's lol
