The sad part of this incident is the two victims and their families.
It has also dealt a "killer blow"installation contracting, my guess is Comcast will take all customer contact work in-house over the next 12 month's.
While all of us will have to live with this terrible setback (Prime Contractor's and their valuable Installers) how will we ALL give the Comcast, TWC,Cox etc. of the world that we can be trusted in THIER customer homes.
If we don't start to work as a cohesive team as a viable resource and sell the customer we will only seal our faith.
No need to send replies on how your currently getting scre*** by the MSO or your employer, only looking to start open discussion before the MSO's take all customer contact work in-house.
