I don't know where you were but when AT&T came in my prices went up almost 3 times what they were before with TCI. And all the TCI people were still there running the show. Also they had no problem with fixing the piece of crap systems that TCI pawned off on them. I do believe AT&T would have been much better off not buying TCI and just overbuilding them. TCI was a poorly run company that never fixed anything right at least in the systems where I worked.
