2 story wallfishes

i was just wondering if anyone has much experience with 2 story wallfishing and how they prefer to get them done. i've only had to do a couple and we used two people, did a fish from attic to 2nd floor, and then did a second with a flexbit from the 2nd to first floor. is there another way that might be easier or less nerve racking?
