I like the idea of putting the reciever in the room that contains the panel and useing a uhf extender for the remote. The only problem with this is if they have a home theatre or a picky about having their t.v. hooked up to s-video or something stupid like that. If it were me, i'd probably pass on the whole deal, they will have you back there changing stuff every couple of weeks, and wanting the changes covered under warranty. Sometimes you gotta let a deal go. But thats just my opinion. Later, Red
