ok so your modem is on digi ch 98 and you tx is pretty low in the band. Your levels depend on how the return is balanced at the actives and what value tap you are at and if your plant has eq's with reverse conditioning or tap with the same. 0db rx and 48db tx snr better than 35 is about the middle. There are really a lot of variables that can change what you want at the modem.
