Delash them one at a time using your layup sticks. Most of the time I can get it into a neat coil before I chop it. IF you are delashing them all at the same time you will be there for ever cutting. IF you can reach it with your bucket cut them midspan 1st , just leave your hook at the start pole to delash the next one for you. GL
For the money your getting your gonna starve. I garauntee thats no more than 30 % of what the primes makin.
