You made a statement that said, in essence: "Sometimes linemen cost you an hour on an install". Not now mind you. But you were pointing your finger at them.
They have asked you to explain some situations as to back up your statement. So far, I've seen none. There's only one thing left for you to do .......
Put up the explanations or just shut the fuck up. The choice is yours.
In my opinion, you've been an embarrassment to all installers with your ignorance for too long.
