Yup,
I fourth it. A saftey forum is no more than what doctors do. A no fault no blame discussion of screw ups and how to avoid them; close calls and non reported errors could fix the learning curve. We all make mistakes........repeating them is tough...............avoiding the tough ones couls help.
However..........regardless of what ya do or say there is always someone in the crowd who will have to pee on the electric fence just to see if it really hurts.
