Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC
on July 13, 2006 the Company entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to
purchase substantially all of the assets of G Force LLC, owner of certain cable systems
representing approximately 21,000 basic subscribers in South Carolina, for
approximately $62.0 million. The transaction, which is expected to close in the fourth
quarter of 2006, will be financed through a combination of debt and the issuance of a
note payable to the seller of the assets

November 1, 2006 - DH Capital, LLC, an investment banking firm serving the media
and communications industries, announced today that G Force, LLC ("G Force") has
completed the sale of its cable television systems to Atlantic Broadband. G Force is a
privately-held company based in New York. The systems serve approximately 21,000
basic video customers in and around Aiken, South Carolina. DH Capital initiated the
transaction and served as G Force's exclusive financial advisor.

On March 31, 2003, Northland Cable Television, Inc. (the "Company") sold the
operating assets and franchise rights of its cable system in and around the
community of Aiken, South Carolina (the "Aiken System"). The Aiken System
was sold at a price of approximately $46.3 million of which the Company
received approximately $42.6 million at closing. The sales price was
adjusted at closing for the proration of certain revenues and expenses and
approximately $3.7 million will be held in escrow and released to the
Company one year from the closing of the transaction
The Aiken System represents approximately 16,800 basic subscribers or
approximately 15.5% of the Company's total basic subscribers served

G FORCE LLC ACQUIRES ASSETS OF NORTHLAND CABLE TELEVISION
G Force LLC has acquired certain assets of Northland Cable Television affiliated
companies, it was announced today.
The transaction represents approximately 22,500 basic cable subscribers in the
communities around Aiken and Barnwell, South Carolina.

TIME WARNER ENTERTAINMENT ACQUIRES ASSETS OF G-FORCE
Time Warner Entertainment Co. L.P. has acquired the assets of G-Force LLC, doing
business as Garden Isle Telecommunications, it was announced recently.
The transaction covers approximately 21,000 basic cable subscribers on the island of
Kauai, Hawaii, including the capital of Lihue.
