market average $ per ft for st bores as a prime

I am a contractor bidding on a contract for doing st bores placing 3/4" conduit from ped to handhole only and direct bury to the ground block. the requirements are that all bores need to be directional drilled at min. 36" depth and all utilities need to be core bored and all spoils need removed with a vac ex. per city regs. and backfilled with 100% abc (sand gravel mix)and new asphalt/ sealer over the core bores this is a first for me as I know the going rate for missile/machine bores but im a little behind in directional prices for catv and the overhead involved for using both the vac ex. and drill (I have both both pieces of equipment now as well as the trucks/crew to use them).any and all help in pricing would be greatly appreciated
