As far as drilling in walls, let me give a vital tip to all newbies.
NEVER< NEVER< NEVER have one hand on your drill and the other hand on the bit to "stabilize" it. If you happen to hit a power wire, as long as your hand is not on the bit you should be safe. I own my own security alarm business and will drill more holes in a month than some newbies will drill in their carrier. Be SAFE and PRAY For these families!
