I am assuming this is upstream SNR ;) If the upstream frequency is around 26-29 MHz it's probably Mr. HAM Radio Operator. If you get a uncorrectable error report and cant get it out of the red, you would be in my shoes. Move the upstream frequency or find the ingress under the modem stack. Have had LOTS of those issues. We found it to be farily clean around 25 or your in a good system with a full 42 MHz return path go out to the end around 35 MHz or so....Wavetek SDA5000 find the sustained carrier and use the MOD soft key to listen him, perhaps he will give away his location...Been there done that got the T-Shirt
