it's not actually cox, but i was told that the billing method is from cox, the number of line items was cut in half and replaced by a primary and secondary coding. instead of say a reconnect and then a replace drop there is now a reconnect primary code with a rework secondary code that is for rewiring the primary and replacing the drop. the primary code increased a little and the secondary code was cut by more than a third if you consider the inclusion of the drop and the outlet. the list goes on but that's an example. i was just wondering if anyone was familiar with this and how it worked out for them, because just to look at it it seems like maybe a way to confuse everyone so they don't notice how much the prices just came down.
