I Was in Cleavland on rolling brook trail doing a job for blue jay communications. It was a rebuild so there was no print ,with a tech from the company they were contracted off of and there lead man tim on the phone they decided where in fact they wanted this conduit placed I put the conduit right were they wanted it. there trenching guy said it was to rocky for him so they moved the the trench closer to the road after I had finished and went home to cincinnati now they are not paying me I know hind sights always 20/20 but what the hell
