Gotta jump in here...I am a lineman...I too ask what could possibly cost you an HOUR of installing when all you do is connect to the tap??? What, no tap at the pole you want??? Then follow power the way it is supposed to be done...And if it takes you an hour to do...that sounds like a personal problem to me...
