Oh...Well in that case it certainly could be true that SOME of the plant is getting cut off if it is not economically feasible to repair/rebuild...I had to shut down a chunk of my system a couple of months ago due to the economics of keeping it running...I have plans in the works however to get the plant back up and running as soon as the end of this week IF all turns out as expected...
