Re: EchoStar willfully broke the law


What is the law on the distant networks? It use to be, if the subscriber lives 45 miles away from where the local channels are being broadcast they have a right to receive the distant networks. This was prior to local channels being transmitted by the satellite companies. Is this still the law of the FCC land on distant locals?
