CommieCast are still offering channels out of their dma and since they are CommieCast, they don't have to worry about the Feds. In our local phone book CommieCast are listed in the Gov't section.

It's all about the golden rule, he who has the gold, makes the rule.

Besides, Dishnetwork are small fish compared to the big cable companies. Don't sweat the small stuff.

The last time this subject was posted, I asked the question if any cable provider offered network channels out of their dma and at least one other person said they did. I would like to know how the cable mafia gets away with it. I think the answer is in the question.
