5. The next person that purchases the home will not want the TV or computer in the same location as the previous owner (if that is not a murphy's law it should be).

ain't that the truth, i went out on a nc today and doubled the number of outlets that came with the house..........each one in the same room as the existing outlets just across the room.....in case they wanted to rearrange things! i found myself getting pissed until i remembered that it's almost christmas!.........i thought about your post and laughed my a$$ off for a couple of hours.
