you could seek a private retailer to do the sale and install instead of the hsp route.........find a mom and pop that sells and installs directv.....we have to be a little more inventive to get jobs done this happens when you only get a few sales a week instead of hundreds. I've been doin this for 14 years and have only truly seen 2 jobs that couldn't go in due to trees.....
