How about this scenario:
1.) Florida beats Arkansas
2.) USC beats UCLA
3.) Florida goes to Rose Bowl and beats Michigan
4.) USC beats Ohio State in "so-called" BCS Title Game
Now, doesn't that leave Florida with the same claim to a mythical National Title just like good-old USC was able to claim by beating an over-rated Iowa team in the Orange Bowl while LSU was whooping an over-rated Oklahoma team in the BCS game a few years back ????????
Or worse yet...does Boise State get to claim the title as an undefeated team that could beat the winner of Oklahoma/Nebraska in the Fiesta Bowl ???
