It is a good thought. Most home contractors don't want to pay to have that kind of work done correctly. They would rather have there electrician half ass the wiring for cable/satellite and telephone. You have to get to the actual home owner if there is one yet. Placing an ad or sending out letters won't work by itself. You have to spend some time tracking down the contractor and selling him on your services.
