Re: EchoStar has lost its "distant signals"

As a directv subcontractor, I've known about Dish Network's woes for a while. DTV has no locals in this area, they can offer 'wavers'. When we go swap 'Dish' for 'Direct', what should an honest installer do about 'locals' and waivers'??????????
