RCN in Ca. Have any info?

Does anyone have any info on the RCN job in Ca? I heard they are in the north and south. Who is the Splicing contractor? What do they pay? Who is doing Construction? Do they really have 100 home nodes? Would like any add. info. Is it worth going there.
