so mike, no bs here, are you saying that as an in-house employee in 86 you were getting 80% with the contractor only holding 20% giving you .19 per ft. ( that means that the prime price was only about .23ft in 86) and you are getting .20ft now and the contractor is holding 40% now which means his price is only roughly .28ft i don't know any primes that work that cheap, maybe that was / is what they are holding from subs. Also you believe what you want man but the prices are coming down with all your individual subs going behind your back and trying to get the contract for a lower bid. Do you really have any idea what it costs to keep a contract and have employees?(cool)
