A tip of the hardhat to cablespy; (s)he is using the broadband infrastructure we all built, but more so, (s)he is UTILIZING it. Anyone with an Internet connection, a browser, the inclination and a FOR FEE subscription with any one of a myriad of FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) search services can do the same, provided (s)he has the knowledge, time and patience to do it.

Again, a tip of the hat to cablespy, and although it's not my place to say, but I think cablespy should reincarnate with the moniker "cablecop" or, more to my liking, "CablePI" since this more accurately describes his/her service, as there is no "spying" involved.
